IP Awards

The Asia IP Awards are designed to honour the very best law firms from around the region for demonstrating the very highest standards in trademark, patent and copyright work over the last year.

A two-stage process determines the winners:

Stage 1

Firms are asked to submit details of a key case they have worked on in the preceding 12 months in key IP-related fields. A panel of judges made up of our editorial board then determine a shortlist for each category.

Stage 2

The shortlist is then sent out to thousands of corporate counsel worldwide, who are all active in protecting their intellectual assets in Asia. These corporate counsel rank the shortlist, and it is these votes that determine the winners.

The Asia-Pacific awards are held in November each year, with seperate awards for China and India at different times.
